Return and Refund Policy

Shipping times:
Orders are generally shipped out the next business day, but can sometimes take several business days. Please be patient, as the shipping carriers do not immediately update the tracking.

Returns
A request must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the items. We reserve the right to deny your request and will go over any details depending on the item received and the reason for the return.

Late or missing refunds
Refunds are normally processed in a few hours, but can take up to 30 days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
