How does your replacement policy work?We will replace any part, for any reason, at 50% off the retail price.

What is the difference between the Gold and Silver Sukkahs?The Gold Sukkahs are 6" taller (8" to 7.5") and have a premium 2 tone color.

Do you have other options for the fabric on the outside?Yes, we also offer four pieces of fabric that can be attached with zippers and velcro.

Until when can orders be cancelled?Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once the product is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Do you accept returns?Items can only be returned if unopened. Shipping costs will not refunded and the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the products.

Is there a warranty ?Yes. We will replace the entire sukkah or any parts for half the current retail price. We are not responsible for shipping costs.
